I started lifting with Kevin back in 2016 and I cannot recommend him enough as a personal trainer. Its been around 7 years now and I can say that I would not be where I am in my fitness journey if it were not for him. He's very knowledgeable in the realm of strength training, preaches safety with lifting to encourage longevity in the sport and is adaptable and to every athlete. A majority of his lessons I noticed had come for personal experiences in his own journey. He's not just preaching from a template, he has been there, done that and has the size and strength to back it up. Kevin makes you feel like a friend and pushes you like one.
Now that he owns this gym, WitFit, he has facilitated this attitude all throughout. It is a gym for athletes of all ages and states in their journey. The equipment in there is new with lots of variety, kept clean and hygienic. It is more personal than a commercial gym with attention to detail in quality of trainers and program design.
