Shortly after college I started my career in the fitness industry in a large scale corporate gym. I worked there for 5 years servicing over 3,000 personal training sessions a year. When I realized that I wanted to give the client more than just a session, I opened my own small personal training studio. This venture allowed me to give the client more than just a 30 minute training session, it allowed me to give them an experience and show them that fitness is not a short term solution but a long term lifestyle.
Since opening the first Wit Fit in Highland Heights, I have since opened a second location in Richmond Heights, that now allows the client and other members to use the gym on their own time as well as with a personal trainer. In the 9 years that I have been a personal trainer I have performed over 30,000 training sessions with a broad range of goals, physical limitations and experience. My specialty is never saying no to clients or their goals. I have extensive experience training individuals of all ages and backgrounds. I specialize in coaching not only athletes but also older adults, young children, and families in various fitness and wellness stages.
